We endeavour to make our website accessible in accordance with the legal regulations on digital accessibility. The legal basis for this provided in particular by the Disability Equality Act (BGG), the Accessible Information Technology Ordiance (BITV) und EU Directive 2016/2102.

However, we are eneavouring to gradually identify and remove existing barriers in order to continuously improve accessibility.

The following content is currently not accessible for the following reasons:

Incompatibility with accessibility regulations
Some PDF documents provided on the website are currently not accessible without barriers. If you require assistance in accessing these files, please contact info@berghof-schoepf.com
We will provide you with the content in a suitable, accessible format.

Disproportionate burden
For economic and organisational reasons, older PDF and Office documents cannot be made available completely barrier-free at present. However, we are continuously working to rectify existing deviations from the accessibility requirements as far as we are able.

These contents do not fall within the scope of the applicable legal provisions:
The website contains older content and documents that were published before 28 June 2025. These do not fall under the obligations of the Accessibility Act. There are currently no plans to make this content accessible at a later date.

In addition, third-party content is included on the website that is not created or controlled by us. No statement on accessibility can be made for this content as it does not fall within our area of responsibility. They are therefore also exempt from the legal requirements.

The accessibility of this website was assessed as part of a self-test based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. We strive to optimise our website on an ongoing basis - particularly with regard to user-friendliness and accessibility for all people.

We will endeavour to process your request as quickly as possible and provide you with feedback.

If you do not receive a satisfactory response from the above contact option, you can submit a complaint to the Complaints Office of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). The FFG accepts complaints electronically via the complaints office contact form.

The complaints are examined by the FFG to determine whether they relate to violations of the provisions of the Web Accessibility Act, in particular deficiencies in compliance with accessibility requirements, by the federal government or an organisation attributable to it.

If the complaint is justified, the FFG must issue recommendations for action to the federal government or the legal entities concerned and propose measures to remedy the deficiencies in question.
